This book is everything I wanted it to be. Informative, motivational, educational and above all it personifies Adam Macdougal's goal of helping people (not just blokes by the way) being healthy and understand the balance of work rest and play. His way of writing which essentially mimics the way he talks, bring the weight loss / healthy living way of life to simplicity..just like the way it is to follow his lessons. I did two of his Man Challenges and I lost 27kg. I am 49 and I have now lost 30kg. My 10 year old and wife are doing the easy exercises together - a far cry from 5 months ago. This book is a must. I have bought heaps of diet and exercise books in past and could never get that lifestyle I wanted. Adam's lessons don't make a healthy lifestyle complicated or hard. All you have to do is follow it and it really isn't hard to do. If you stick to this book within 2 to 3 months you have to start culling your wardrobe. It's a great feeling. Ooh and 5 friends have collectively lost 105kg in the last 2 months just after seeing my success. Adam hits home the need to get keep going. That's the key.
