Pretty good but needs improvement
Kirstie 4 / 5I like that this has two attachable containers for storing powder, additives etc... What it needs is those round metal balls to help mix the powder. The plastic piece that comes with the cup doesnt help and you get clumps of powder when drinking your shake. Ive had to add my own metal ball shaker from another cup to stop the powder from clumping.

Vicki Rigney 4 / 5Great size, great colour. Love the extra containers on the bottom of the shaker to store extra shake mix,. Just have to make sure the insert is dry or the powder is mixed prior to inserting this or becomes blocked and shake ends up chunky.

Kaz Hay 5 / 5I have tried nearly every meal replacement drink on the market. I have to say that the lady shake has been the first shake that hasn't given me bowl problems. I like the texture and taste of the shakes. I have only tasted the chocolate one so far and I must say it tastes pretty good. It's been 2 weeks and I have lost weight . If your looking for something to get you started on your weight loss journey try the lady shake.

Victoria 4 / 5This shaker is a good size and has measuring amounts imprinted in the plastic, not just stamped on with ink so it doesn't wash off in the dishwasher! Great to make up in the morning and store lunch time powder in the bottom. A little disappointed that it didn't have another extra space at the bottom for nuts/snacks like the men's man shaker! Ladies need conveniently stored snacks too!
On the small side
Leonie 5 / 5I find the Lady shaker to be too small, I had to put a fair bit of water in mine because it was too thick, and the lady shaker doesn't hold enough, so I stole my fiance's man shaker, it's much better!! ;) Love the pink of the lady shaker though!
Convenient
