I do fifo 7 days 7 nights 7 RnR,camp food is awesome but one is abit over zelous when choosing a meal and portion size.Being 116 kg at the start of my program ,lethargic and easily fatigued after 9 or 10 hours on the job especially on night shift, and being quite peckish after lunch of a pie or three. Now after 42 days on The Man Shake I'm down to 106 kg.Now I'm not puffing when I go for a short walk,I can get my A into G and get serious about getting fit, stronger and happier.More to come in the future.
The ultimate way of losing weightCon Tellis 5 / 5
Was 111kg and been on the man shake for 12 weeks and now weigh 94kg , the easiest and most connivence way and off course cheapest way to lose weight. I recommend this to everyone who want to lose weight and can still enjoy a cheat meal once a week so it does not get boring and keeps you motivated. I am still going strong with this product and can not weight to reach my goal being the 85kg mark and then will maintain this weight still using the man shake. The best thing i have ever done!!

Taken the shakes only for the last 14 days. Couldn’t believe on the first day the amount of energy I felt. Kept me going all day every day. Just ate healthy snacks though out the day. Come home after 2weeks at work and lost 8kg I would recommend the man shake to anyone this stuff really works

I bought a month supply of man shake and bars, its now day 6 and I have lost 5.2 kgs. ( weight taken each morning after waking up) I have followed the directions pretty well ; 7.30am - 2 scoops with water ( I do 500ml of ice cold water and 2 scoops as recommended) 10.30am - 1 man bar 1.30pm - man shake 4.30pm - man bar 7.30pm - dinner Dinner Routine: 1st night - ate a wholesome serving of homemade nachos with all the trimmings I also drank about half a bottle of Gin mixed with lime and Soda ( as it was a cheeky Friday night) 2nd night - no dinner, went to the pub and had about 12 beers and then came home to make a small plate of nachos before bed 3rd night - Spaghetti bolognaise with mozzarella melted through ( 2 bowls ) 4th night - 3 chicken thigh fillets (seasoned with oil, salt, pepper, herbs, garlic) and a lettuce mix with oil lemon salt pepper dressing. 5 night - i didnt have man shake, as it was my rostered day off i thought it would be too difficult just doing the shake while being at home all day so instead i had breakfast shake and morning tea bar, followed by half a chook for lunch and no arvo man bar or shake for dinner, Went out for a few beers (give or take 8) to the local boat club (pure blonde is the best choice as its 100 calories per beer) then came home and had half a garlic bread) 6th night - I will be having man shake for dinner and eating half a chook for lunch. As you can see this is a very honest description of my first week. I am honestly still shocked that i have lost 5.2 kgs in 6 days and the reason i am writing this is because i want all the blokes out there that are feeling like its a hard thing that its actually not, the flavours are decent ( my fav is banana) and the chunky choc man bar is delicious. After 1 day i was hooked and it wasn't really hard beating the cravings. Im not sure how much more i may have lost if i had been a good boy and got off the beers my first week and had healthier meal options but with what i have chosen i have managed to still live relatively normal and have enjoyed it alot. Will post another review at the end of my 2nd week. Thanks Man Shake YTB

I have broken my challenges up in 10kg steps. Into 3rd week and just starting on the next 10kg. Extremely dedicated and very happy with my results so far.
